We took over the management of Google Ads from the client to attract more traffic to their website and encourage visitors/future customers to fill out the Kitchen Measurement form in order to receive free kitchen measurement and design services.

When we took over the management of Google Ads, we went over all the campaigns ran before us and we noticed that cost per click (CPC) was too high. That is why our first goal was raising the quality of the keywords being used. Then, we examined the keywords of the clicked ads to create an extensive negative keyword list. These two operations alone raised the website traffic and retention rate significantly, without changing the ad campaign budget. When we took over the account, CPC was in $3,00 - $3,30 range. Now it is in $1,75 - $ 1,95 range.

Until working with us, Kitchen Hill would spend all their budget on Google Search Network ads. We distributed the budget over Search Network, remarketing and Display Ads that target Custom Intent Audience. As a result, the retention rate grew 65%.
